The pleasant winter sports area of Minschuns is accessible with three stirrup lifts and a children's ski lift. The varied 25 kilometres of pistes above the tree line and fantastic views round off a perfect day on the slopes - fun for the whole family.
Families can look forward to carefree ski holidays in Val Müstair. On Alp da Munt, a comfortable SunKid ComfortStart platter lift is available. The lift is around 165 metres long and provides access to a perfectly inclined slope for learning and practicing. Everything is within view of the panoramic terrace of the mountain restauran

Plauschabend im Wintersportgebiet Minschuns

Snow sports evening

Every Wednesday evening from 17:00 - 21:30, winter sports enthusiasts can hike up to the Alp da Munt mountain restaurant via piste 10 downhill Tschierv - Minschuns. From 18:00, you can continue on pistes 1, 2 or 3 to the top of Minschuns and ski down (particularly interesting for an intensive training evening). After refreshments at the Alp da Munt restaurant (fondue by prior arrangement), participants gradually return to the valley. No lighting (headlamp obligatory), no piste rescue directly on the route, insurance is the responsibility of the participants.

Avalanche Training Center

It is important to avoid an avalanche through prudent behaviour. However, should it happen, the rescue is a matter of minutes! Practise at the Training Centre in the Minschuns ski area.

Organic farmer and director of the ski school Augustin Oswald

Augustin Oswald is an organic farmer and has been a ski instructor in Minschuns for 30 years. For him the most beautiful place in winter: Great slopes, winter hiking trail and cross-country ski trails.
