The «Senda da las linguas» is a new, approximately 8 km long audio tour around Valchava. At eleven listening stations, Romansh field names become the subject of sonic and narrative miniatures.

From Tschierv you follow the Rombach stream to Müstair. So that you can enjoy the biodiversity and scenic beauty along the Rombach to the full, the Biosfera Val Müstair has created the hiking trail «A la riva dal Rom» with the support of Pro Natura Graubünden.

William Wolfensberger was a pastor in Fuldera from 1914 to 1916 and is known for his stories and poems. On the Promenada above Fuldera you will not only find his works, but you can also enjoy the view from the five benches.

Would you like to get to know the nature park from a new perspective? The scavenger hunt «Chatscha jaura» shows how sustainability is lived in the valley. Tricky clues, secret messages and solving tasks will keep you on the right track.

On this treasure hunt, across the Biosfera Val Müstair Nature Park, you follow puzzling clues to discover and enjoy the culinary treasures of Val Müstair.

This beautiful high-altitude hike starts at Süsom Givè on the Ofenpass. The trail leads past Alp da Munt and Alp Champatsch to Lü. The charming mountain village is perfect for a short break before the hike continues downhill to Müstair.

An excursion for the whole family is the bear theme trail «Senda da l'uors». On the beautiful and leisurely walk on the valley floor, four hand-carved bears tell a lot of interesting facts about bear history.

The «Flower Walks» app combines a walking guide and a plant identification book. With its help, go on a botanical expedition through nature.

«Auals» is the Romanesque term for the historic irrigation channels and ditches in Val Müstair. The easy circular hike follows the Aual Claif and takes between 2 and 2.5 hours. The Aual Claif carries water from July to October.
