Biosfera Apéro

The Biosfera Apéro is the culinary flagship of Val Müstair. To ensure that the aperitif lives up to its promise, it focuses on products that have been awarded the nature park's product label. Because only these products credibly stand for regionality and sustainability. To achieve this, the organiser of an aperitif must adhere to a few simple basic rules: The use of certified park products is of course obligatory. If a particular product is not certified, it may also be served – as long as it comes from Val Müstair or the region.
