Through Valbella and up to Piz Terza, immerse yourself in fragrant larch forests and on varied trails to the crystal-clear Lai da Rims, trotting swiftly through the wild romantic Val Mora – every kilometer on this trail running circular route in the Biosfera Val Müstair Nature Park is a true delight! Fit trail running beginners as well as advanced runners will enjoy this route. The entire circular trail includes 5 stages. The number of stages can be freely selected, and each stage is available in two variants (il dür / il sportiv).

The Biosfera Trail is perfect for runners who enjoy varied trails in a spectacular natural landscape. Beautiful panoramas, eventful day stages, cozy hotels in picturesque villages, and delicious regional food perfectly complete this sporty and pleasurable experience.
Sicherheitshinweis
The routes run little on yellow hiking trails and are mainly on red/white marked mountain trails. They include technical terrain and partly enter more alpine areas (especially IL DÜR). Trail running experience in terrain, surefootedness, and good fitness are required for both variants.

From the north: via Landquart – Klosters by car train through the Vereina tunnel (Selfranga - Sagliains) or over the Flüela Pass to Zernez on H27. From Zernez on H28 to Val Müstair
From the east: via Reschen Pass (Nauders) on SS40 to Mals. From Mals on SS41 to the Swiss border at Müstair.
From the south: via Bozen and Meran on SS40 to Mals. From Mals on SS41 to the Swiss border at Müstair.
