Little by little, the Burch family has discovered the beauty of Val Müstair for themselves and moved the center of their life here. Since 2021 they have dedicated themselves to the family project "Red Gold" - the cultivation of saffron.

This summer, we asked you to share your favourite sound with us. Over 2,500 favourite sounds were sent in and a few of them were recorded in three discovery tours through our holiday region in the Lower Engadine, Samnaun and Val Müstair. We were also able to discover our holiday region in a completely new way - but take a look for yourself and come and visit us. We look forward to spending the mountain summer with you!

Lorenz Tschenett is both an organic farmer and a butcher. He runs Bacharia Val Müstair with its own abattoir and meat processing centre. An important business in the Biosfera Val Müstair Nature Park. Because it promotes agricultural diversity, improves animal welfare and creates jobs.

It is the joy of movement, preferably in intact nature, that Manuela Zen enjoys so much. With great passion she passes this on to her guests who have discovered the small Val Müstair for themselves. As a trained Pilates and smovey teacher as well as ESA hiking guide, Manuela wants to contribute to people's holistic well-being. We accompany her on this journey for a day.
