History comes alive in the "Knight house Chasa de Capol" in Sta. Maria. The host family Schweizer spoils the guests in a unique ambience with exquisite cuisine and countless exciting anecdotes.

Description

"Here you can have a magical experience without having eaten magic mushrooms," noted LSD discoverer Albert Hofmann in the guest book. I wonder if he was referring to the kitchen, where Alpine recipes are prepared in copper pans to this day? Or the wines from the Carolingian cellar aging in oak barrels? Or simply the medieval charm of the patrician house full of history(s), decorated with sgraffiti and ornaments?

Extras: vegetarian selection, lactose-free selection, gluten-free selection, space for seminars/parties.
